Channel to Korea’s Performing and Visual Arts Springboard for Arts Management and Start-ups Connected to the Arts in Korea
The Korea Arts Management Service (KAMS) is a government agency dedicated to the development of Korean performing arts, visual arts, and start-ups that have business models connected to the arts. We offer multifaceted assistance aimed at bolstering the economic and social sustainability of arts groups, organizations and business companies. Our goal is to strengthen their competitive advantages by developing diverse and effective support systems for more efficient arts management.
Performing Arts Support Project
We provide support for the overseas expansion of Korean performing arts organizations through participation in art markets, festivals, and support projects. Additionally, we actively promote the circulation of shows within the domestic market and offer tools to help arts organizations nurture their audience development.
Visual Arts Support Project
We actively promote Korean art on a global scale and provide support to both Korean and foreign art markets. In addition, we organize events aimed at cultivating domestic audiences and offer market information to individuals interested in developing the Korean art market.
Organizational Support Project for Artistic Organizations and Start-ups
We assist art organizations, producers, and arts managers in developing their own businesses within the arts sector, while also offering consulting and educational opportunities. Additionally, we support start-ups with business models related to the arts through diverse and customized accelerator programs, as well as offering business funding.
